§ 33.23 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   All rules, regulations and operating instructions shall be approved first by the Chief of Police, then by the Board, and shall become a part of the official minutes of the town prior to their becoming effective. Any such rules, regulations or operating instructions which have not been so approved are considered null and void.
