§ 33.22 STATUS OF MEMBERS AND ENFORCEMENT POWERS.

Members of the Police Auxiliary shall have officers and rank as shall be approved by the Board. Regardless of rank attained, however, no Auxiliary member shall exercise any authority over any regular officer and shall obey the instructions of regular police officers in carrying out their duties.
