§ 33.04 CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The Chief shall have control over the Police Department under the supervision of the Manager. The Chief shall keep the Manager informed of the Department’s activities and make reports that the Manager may from time to time require, and he or she shall perform such other duties as may be required by the Manager.
