§ 32.62 CEMETERY COMMISSION; MEMBERS; TERMS OF OFFICE.
   The Cemetery Commission shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the Board for the town to hold office for a term of three years or until their successors are appointed and qualify; provided that, the Board for the town shall immediately appoint three members of the Commission who shall hold office; and that, thereafter, all Commission members shall hold office for a term of three years; provided further that, the Board shall elect or otherwise designate the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer of the Commission; provided further that, there shall be no requirement that a member of the Cemetery Commission be a town resident.
