§ 150.72 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall be responsible for maintaining the numbering system. In the performance of this responsibility, he or she shall be guided by the provisions of § 150.71 of this chapter.
   (B)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a record of all numbers assigned under this chapter.
   (C)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall issue appropriate numbers to any property owner in the town upon request.
