A uniform system of numbering properties and principal buildings, as shown on the map identified by the title “Coats Property Numbering System”, which is filed in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer, is hereby adopted for use in the town. This map and all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter.
