The amount to be paid for the license to be issued hereunder shall be $35 for each fiscal year period (fiscal year is defined as commencing on July 1 of a year and extending through June 30 of the succeeding year); provided that, if an application for license is received after the commencement of a particular fiscal year period, the license shall be issued for the balance of the fiscal year in which the application is received; provided further that, an application for license is received within 90 days from the expiration of any particular fiscal year, then the amount to be charged for said license shall be $10.
