§ 112.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for an itinerant merchant, promoter, drummer, peddler or hawker, as defined in § 112.02 of this chapter, to engage in the business within the town without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with this chapter.
