§ 96.03 ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVE GROUND TANKS.
   Above ground tanks for the storage of liquified petroleum gas may be constructed, used and maintained within the commercially zoned and industrial zoned areas of the town provided that the same are constructed and maintained in accordance with the town’s zoning rules and regulations and the appropriate rules and regulations of the State Building Code relative to the storage, maintenance and use of above ground liquified petroleum gas products as the same is set forth in the State Building Code and such other rules and regulations of appropriate state and federal agencies which do or may hereafter regulate the use of the same.
