§ 93.04 SEPTIC TANKS REGULATED.

Septic tanks may be installed where the sanitary sewer is not reasonably accessible; provided that, the tank is constructed in accordance with the specifications of the Division of Health Services of the state Department of Human Resources and that county health regulations are complied with.
