§ 91.01 DEED FOR LOT.
   All persons desiring to purchase a lot in the town cemetery shall apply to the Cemetery Commission, which, upon payment of the fixed price for each lot, shall cause a deed or other instrument of receipt therefor to be given the purchaser.
