§ 90.12 ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES.
   (A)   Primary responsibility for enforcing the provisions of this chapter is assigned to the Harnett County Animal Control Department. Municipal police departments will assist when needed.
   (B)   Remedies shall be in accordance with the Harnett County Animal Control Ordinance.
