(A) Time period. Golf carts that are issued permits to operate under this ordinance may only be used from sunrise to 30 minutes prior to sunset. No operation after 30 minutes prior to sunset is allowed.
(B) Streets; speed limit. Operation of a golf cart is permitted on public streets, roads or highways only where the speed limit is 35 miles per hour or less within the municipal limits of the town.
