When signs are placed, erected or installed giving notice hereof, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on any day within the right-of-way of the following public streets (owned or publicly dedicated and maintained):
(A) Depot Street;
(B) Main Street between Broad Street and US 19/23 (Carolina Boulevard); and
(C) Mulberry Street between Broad Street and US 19/23 (Carolina Boulevard).
