§ 73.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this code of ordinances regulating the parking of a vehicle shall be guilty of an infraction, subject to the penalty provisions of G.S. §§ 14-3.1 and 14.4, and shall be required to pay a penalty of not more than $50.
