§ 73.13 STOPPING, STANDING, PARKING PROHIBITED IN SPECIFIC PLACES.
   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of law enforcement or a traffic-control device in any of the following places:
   (A)   On the sidewalk: (Exception being at the intersection of Mulberry Street and Carolina Blvd. in front of Sherrill's Pioneer Restaurant. Parking on the sidewalk is allowed only on the area up to the "NO PARKING BEYOND THIS POINT" sign. No commercial vehicles or trucks will be allowed to park in this area);
   (B)   On a crosswalk;
   (C)   Within 30 feet of any flashing beacon, stop sign or traffic-control signal located at the side of a street or roadway;
   (D)   Along a side or opposite any street excavation or obstruction, when the stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic;
   (E)   Upon any bridge or other elevated structure or within any underpass structure; and/or
   (F)   On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped, standing or parked at the edge or curb of a street.
