351.20 STORED VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person, firm, corporation or association shall store or permit to be stored a Vintage, Antique or Classic Motor Vehicle upon any lot or land, within any Residential Zoning District, unless the Vintage or Collectible Motor Vehicle shall be within a completely enclosed building, garage, or if stored outside, said vehicle is completely covered with a manufactured vehicle protective cover.
   (b)   (1)   “Vintage Motor Vehicle” shall be defined as any motor vehicle manufactured between 1919 and 1930.
      (2)   “Antique Motor Vehicle” shall be defined as any motor vehicle that is at least twenty-five (25) years old.
      (3)   “Classic Motor Vehicle” shall be defined as any motor vehicle which is still popular for collection but is no longer produced.
   (c)   “Manufactured Cover” shall be defined as an opaque, waterproof material, consisting of sewn seams that substantially fit the contour of the vehicle and is provided with either string ties, or sewn elastic restraints to prevent blow off.
   (d)   Outside storage of said motor vehicles shall be located on the side yard or rear yard as defined in Section 1127.02 (130) of the Codified Ordinances.
   (e)   Except as otherwise provided in the subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever has previously been convicted of a violation of this section and who is convicted of a subsequent offense within one (1) year is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
