§ 153.024 I-2 - HEAVY INDUSTRY.

   (A)   Description of District. This District is composed of certain lands of the city used primarily for facilities engaged in heavy industrial processes, plus certain other areas where similar development appears likely to occur.

   (B)   Permitted uses.

      (1)   Heavy industrial operations which comply with state and federal environmental regulations and which are deemed appropriate by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

      (2)   All uses which are permitted uses within C-1, C-2, and I-2 Districts.

   (C)   Accessory uses. The following are permitted accessory uses:

      (1)   Parking lots; and

      (2)   Garages.

   (D)   Conditional uses. The following are permitted conditional uses:

      (1)   Junkyards; and

      (2)   Sanitary landfills.

   (E)   Dimensional regulations. See the Appendix following this chapter.

   (F)   Parking regulations. See §§ 153.070 through 153.073 of this chapter.
