(A) Description of District. This District is composed of certain lands of the city used primarily for facilities engaged in light manufacturing or assembly processes, plus certain other areas where similar development appears likely to occur.
(B) Permitted uses. Any industrial facility which is deemed compatible with the District by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments and does not emit more light glare, noise, or air pollution than any adjoining districts.
(C) Accessory uses. The following are permitted accessory uses:
(1) Parking lots;
(2) Accessory buildings;
(3) Junkyards; and
(4) Other uses deemed compatible with the district by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments.
(D) Conditional uses. The following are permitted conditional uses: those uses compatible with the district by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments.
