(A) Generally. This district is composed of certain lands used primarily for agriculture operations and their necessary uses or any open space.
(B) Permitted uses. Permitted use are as follows:
(1) Single-family dwellings;
(4) Undeveloped land of five acres or more;
(6) Public easements; and
(7) Hobby activities.
(C) Accessory uses. The following are permitted accessory uses:
(1) Agricultural structures; and
(2) Home occupations.
(D) Conditional uses. The following are permitted conditional uses:
(1) Golf courses;
(2) Sanitary landfills;
(3) Public recreational area (parks); and
(4) Other uses deemed compatible with the district by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments.
