§ 151.20 COOKING AND HEATING EQUIPMENT.
   All cooking and heating equipment and facilities shall be installed in accordance with the Building, Mechanical, Gas, or Electrical Code and shall be maintained in a safe and good working condition. Portable cooking equipment employing flame is prohibited.
