(A) The owner of any structure determined to be unfit under this chapter who shall fail to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate, or demolish a structure given by the Fire Chief under this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined as set forth in § 150.99(A) of this title.
(B) The occupant or lessee in possession who fails to comply with any notice to vacate and who fails to repair a building in accordance with any notice given as provided for in this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined as set forth in § 150.99(A) of this title.
(C) Every day a failure to comply continues, it shall be considered a separate offense.
