§ 91.12 REMOVAL AND DISPOSITION OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   (A)   Any person who becomes apprised of the death of any animal owned by him or her within the town shall, within six hours thereafter, cause the animal to be removed and buried or disposed of so as not to become a nuisance.
   (B)   When such animal is killed by any person other than its owner and the person who killed it is known, the owner shall not be compelled to remove the animal, and the animal shall be removed by the person who killed it.
