§ 91.11 REMOVAL OF ANIMAL WASTE BY OWNER OF ANIMAL.

   The owner of every animal shall be responsible for the removal of an excreta deposited by the animal on:

   (A)   Public walks;

   (B)   Recreation areas;

   (C)   Private property;

   (D)   Public property; and

   (E)   Parks.
