§ 90.44 COMPUTATION OF TIME.
   (A)   In computing any period of time prescribed in this subchapter, the day of the act, event, tagging, or mailing from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included.
   (B)   Such time shall begin to run on the next succeeding day and shall conclude on 12:00 a.m. of the last day of the period that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
