§ 33.035 ACCIDENT REPORT FEES.

   (A)   The Town Marshal may collect the following fees:

      (1)   Twelve dollars for each initial accident report; and

      (2)   Five dollars for each supplemental report, furnished by the Town Marshal’s office relative to accidents and/or incidents.

   (B)   Fees collected shall be deposited in its Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund addressed in § 35.03 of this code of ordinances.
