§ 35.03 LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND.
   (A)   There is established a fund known as the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund for the purpose of purchases made by the Town Marshal for equipment, supplies, continuing education, and law enforcement training for police officers.
   (B)   This Fund shall be comprised of fees collected by the Town Marshal from the following activities: accident reports; hand gun licenses and transfers; and proceeds from the sale of confiscated weapons or illegal activities.
   (C)   Before any money from this Fund can be spent, the Fund must be first appropriated according to state statute.
