(A) No water shall be resold or otherwise distributed by the recipient thereof from the town water supply to any premises other than that for which an application has been made and a meter installed, for example, bulk water station.
(B) No private citizen, business or organization shall sell or trade for other services using water pumped from the hydrants.
(C) All bulk water used shall be at the pumping station located on Jacks Way other than the Cloverdale Volunteer Fire Department (CVFD) for fire emergency only.
(D) The CVFD shall use the bulk water station for all non-emergency use.
