The final plat as submitted shall contain the following:
1. Name. Name of subdivision.
2. Scale. Scale.
3. Compass Point. Compass point.
4. Geometrics. Curve data including delta angle, length of arc, degree of curve, tangent.
5. Boundaries. Boundary lines of subdivided area with accurate distances, bearings, and boundary angles.
6. Streets. Exact name, location, width, lot designation, and centerline of all streets within the subdivision.
7. Utility Easements. Easements for public utilities showing width and use intended.
8. Setbacks. Building setback lines with dimensions.
9. Legal Description. Official legal description of the property being subdivided.
10. Lot Numbers. Lot numbers.
11. Certification. Certification of registered engineer or land surveyor.
12. Survey Data. Description and location of all permanent monuments set in the subdivision, including ties to original government corners.
13. Area for On-Site Detention. Area for on-site detention for two-year release on 100-year storm frequency.
14. House Number. House numbers.
