8-3-14: CITY'S RIGHT OF REVISION:

The City, acting at the direction of the WRA, reserves the right to establish more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the POTW than those contained in this chapter if deemed necessary to comply with the purpose and policy objectives presented in section 8-3-5 of this chapter.
