As a condition to the issuance of any permit hereunder the owner or lessee of the land upon which the Christmas tree yard is to be located shall grant to the city the right to enter upon such premises to remove any materials constituting a public nuisance, Christmas trees, debris and temporary shelters in the event the Christmas tree yard is not cleaned and cleared as provided in section 4-6-7 of this chapter and to indemnify and hold the city harmless for all loss and liability resulting therefrom. The proceeds of the deposit shall be used to reimburse the appropriate city fund. (2000 Code § 125.05)
