If any portion of this chapter or any regulation contained herein is held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intent of the City of Clive that said portion or regulation is to be deemed severed from this chapter and should in no way affect or diminish the validity of the remainder of this title or any other sign regulation set forth herein.
