Within seven days of issuance of a denial, suspension or revocation, a licensee(s) or applicant(s) may appeal such denial, suspension or revocation to the Township Board by delivering to the Township Clerk in writing a document clearly stating that it an appeal. The reasons for the appeal shall be set forth within the document and only grounds as set forth shall be considered at any hearing. Upon receipt of such document within 21 days, a hearing shall be scheduled before the Township Board. Following the hearing, the Board may affirm, modify, or overturn any denial, suspension or revocation setting forth the reason for such action undertaken. The hearing shall be timely conducted without delay, unless delay is by acts or omissions of the party appealing. The Board shall upon conclusion of any hearing(s) have 14 days within which to make a final decision.
