4-1-4: TRANSFER; CANCELLATION:
No license shall be sold or otherwise transferred, and the approving officer may, for cause at any time, revoke any license granted under this chapter, and the amounts that may have been paid to the city for such license shall be forfeited to the city. (1991 Code § 9-41)
