A. Payment Of Fee; Signatures; Form: No license shall be issued under this chapter until the required amount therefor has been paid to the city clerk, and each such license so issued shall be signed by the city clerk, and the corporate seal of the city affixed thereto. Such license shall be in suitable form and express the purpose for which it is issued. (1991 Code § 9-39)
B. Conditions: All licenses shall be issued subject to the ordinances of the city and the laws of the state. No license shall be construed as authority to do or omit to do any act otherwise regulated or required by law or ordinance. (1991 Code § 9-40)
