3-5-10: EFFECTIVE DATE:
This chapter shall become and be effective on and after March 1, 2000, subject to approval of a majority of the registered voters of the city voting in the manner prescribed by law. (Ord. 831, 12-7-1999; amd. Ord. 831a, 4-3-2012)
