2-1-1: BOARD CREATED, COMPOSITION:

There is hereby created a planning and zoning board which shall consist of five (5) citizens of the city. The members shall be nominated and appointed solely with reference to their fitness and without regard to political party affiliations and shall serve without compensation, except as hereinafter provided. (1991 Code § 16-26)
