Upon entry of judgment, the clerk of the court shall tax the costs to the defendant in a sum not exceeding the amount established by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 27-126, plus any fees assessed by the court, all of which the defendant shall pay, in addition to any fine that may be imposed.
