1-10-2: DEFINITIONS:
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
CLERK: The city clerk or other employee of the city as shall be designated by the city clerk to act as clerk of the municipal court.
COURT: The municipal court of the city.
JUDGE: The judge of the municipal court, including any acting judge thereof, so provided for by the statutes of this state and this chapter. (1991 Code § 12-2)
