1-9-2: STATEMENT OF CANDIDACY:
   A.   Form Of Statement: The sworn statement of candidacy required by section 6-2 of the city charter shall be in such form as determined by the city.
   B.   Statement Provided By City: The city clerk shall furnish without charge a blank copy of the above filing statement to any person who requests a copy. (1991 Code § 6-2; amd. 2007 Code)
