A. Boundaries Established: The city is hereby divided into four (4) wards as follows:
WARD ONE: This ward shall contain the area within the following boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of Dougherty Avenue and 19th Street; thence south on 19th Street to its intersection with the centerline of Custer Avenue; thence east to its intersection with 15th Street; thence northeast following the railroad to its intersection with 14th Street; thence east on Orient Avenue to 8th Street; thence south on 8th Street to Gary Boulevard; thence east on Gary Boulevard (I-40 Loop) following city limits including the Love's Station and the Cherokee Trading Post north of the intersection of Interstate Highway 40 and Custer City Road; the Clinton Municipal Airport, in Sections 6 and 7, Township 12N, Range 16W, I.M., the Cheyenne Cultural Center, the Turtle Creek Addition in the NW/4 of Section 17, T12N, R16W, I.M., and the Sunshine Nursery by U.S. Highway 183 north; follows U.S. Highway 183 south to city limits back to the point of beginning.
WARD TWO: This ward shall contain the area within the following boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of Dougherty Avenue and 28th Street; thence east on Dougherty Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of 19th Street; thence south on 19th to its intersection with Custer Avenue; thence east on Custer Avenue to its intersection with 13th Street; thence south on 13th Street to its intersection with the centerline of Modelle Avenue; thence west on Modelle Avenue to its intersection with 28th Street; thence south on 28th Street to the city limits, thence follows city limit westward including Gary Hays Addition, Clinton Regional Hospital, Granada Estates, Maplewood Addition, Southpoint Addition, West Ridge Addition, and Riverview Industrial Park.
WARD THREE: This ward shall include the area within the following boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of Modelle Avenue and 28th Street; thence east on Modelle Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of 10th Street; thence south on 10th Street to Neptune Drive; thence south on Neptune Drive to Walton Road; thence south on Walton Road to Commerce Road; thence west on Commerce Road, following city limits back to the point of beginning. Also includes: a) Country Meadows Addition in the SW/4 of Section 33, T12N, R17W, I.M.; and b) Blume Addition in the SE/4 of Section 33, T12N, R17W, I.M.; and c) Abramson Addition.
WARD FOUR: This ward shall contain the area within the following boundaries: All the areas south of ward one, east of ward two and ward three within the Clinton city limits, includes: a) Clinton Sanitary Landfill in NW/4 Section 1, T11N, R17W, I.M.; and b) Clinton Wastewater Treatment Plant in NE/4 of Section 36, T12N, R17W, I.M.; and c) the Convenience Store on U.S. Highway 183 in the NW/4 of section 2, T11N, R17W, I.M.
B. Interpretation: References to streets, avenues, highways, roads and rights of way in subsection A of this section shall mean the centerlines thereof; and reference to the boundary of the city limits shall mean the boundary or limits of the city as it now exists or as it may hereafter exist.
