All tubing used in any well within the city shall be seamless steel tubing having not less than a minimum internal pressure yield strength of five thousand two hundred eighty (5,280) pounds per square inch if used in connection with a well completion at a depth not exceeding seven thousand feet (7,000'), or less than a minimum internal pressure yield strength of seven thousand two hundred sixty (7,260) pounds per square inch if used in connection with a well completion at a depth in excess of seven thousand feet (7,000').
