Either earthen or steel slush pits shall be permitted in connection with the drilling operation. In the event a steel pit is used, such pit and its contents shall be removed from the premises and the drilling site within thirty (30) days after completion of the well. In the event an earthen slush pit is used, same shall be filled and leveled within ninety (90) days after completion of the well. (1991 Code § 14-6)
