A. Code Adopted: The current edition of a certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk and copies available, marked and designated as the 2020 national electrical code as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the electrical code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of such publication are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section.
B. Amendments: Amended as per OAC 748:20-9-1 through 748:20-9-9.
