The building inspector shall not issue a building permit for buildings to be constructed within a district zoned R-1, R-2 or R-3 where:
A. It is proposed to construct the building of corrugated, galvanized iron.
B. It is proposed that the perimeter of any detached accessory building will exceed twenty five feet by thirty feet (25' x 30') and/or a wall height of ten feet (10') regardless of the type of building material used in the construction. (1991 Code § 5-33)
