A. Code Adopted: That certain document, one copy of which shall be on file in the city hall, being marked and designated as the 2015 international building code and the 2015 international residential code, including appendix chapters, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the "building code of the city of Clinton"; for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsections B and C of this section. The city clerk shall keep a copy of the subject building code on hand, available for sale and inspection by the public, at all times. (Ord. 974, 2-7-2017)
B. Building Code Revisions: The following sections of the 2015 international building code are hereby revised:
1. Section 101.1. Insert: "city of Clinton, Oklahoma".
2. Section 1612.3. Insert: "city of Clinton, Oklahoma".
3. Section 1612.3. Insert: "April 3, 1987".
4. Section 3409.2. Insert: "December 31, 2004".
5. As amended by OAC 748:20-1-1 through 748:20-1-19.

C. Residential Code Revisions: The following sections of the 2015 international residential code are hereby revised:
1. Section R101.1. Insert: "city of Clinton, Oklahoma".
