A. Designation And Combining Of Offices: There shall be an officer of the city designated as the building inspector. The office of electrical inspector and plumbing inspector are hereby combined into the single office of building inspector. Any reference in the city code to "electrical inspector" or "plumbing inspector" shall mean the combined officer herein named "building inspector".
B. Authority And Jurisdiction: The building inspector is also hereby designated as the official inspector and code enforcement officer for the property maintenance code, gas appliances and piping, mechanical code, billboards, and all other codes related to building, property maintenance, and planning and zoning ordinances.
