8-1-3: AMUSEMENTS AND GAMES IN STREETS:

A. It is unlawful for any person to maintain or construct any cane rack, doll rack, knife board, shooting gallery, wheel of fortune or any other such device upon any of the streets or alleys of the City. It is unlawful for any person to maintain or exhibit any circus show or animal show, or to give any concert or show upon any street or alley of the City.

B. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any game, sport, amusement, or exercise in the street. (1991 Code § 19-4)
