5-3-7: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
If the nuisance is not abated within ten (10) days after the notice is issued as a result of the hearing, it is deemed that a violation of this chapter exists and is punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1991 Code § 13-81)
