5-3-3: DISPOSITION OF VEHICLES:

After a junked automobile is removed pursuant to these procedures, such automobile shall not be reconstructed or be made operable. A junked automobile, or part thereof, shall be disposed of by removal to a scrapyard, demolisher, or any suitable site for processing as scrap or salvage. (1991 Code § 13-74)
